 LONA PRODUCTION

-We design these glasses that we buy as blocks with the glass structure produced by bottle glass, one of the few companies in the world, in the production phase with our completely original designs as Lona. All of these products that we named can be integrated very quickly according to your personal requests. After completing the drawing situation in the first stage of Lona production, we move on to the glass structure. Lona is started to produce with 8mm safe tempered glass. Other hinge parts of the product are made of 304 alloy steel and the hinge is brought together with other parts. When all the parts come together, the Lona design is produced.

  LONA  WINDOW FILM 

- Glass film is applied to make 8mm tempered glass safer, this glass film is applied superficially on the glass. The importance of this glass film is a security measure to prevent the glass from scattering around in the event of a glass explosion. If the glass film is on it, you need to reach a quick replacement solution in the event of a glass explosion.

  LONA EASY CLEAN

 - It is applied superficially on the glass during the production phase. Easy clean minimizes the lime retention of water on the glass, so your glasses will not have any stain complaints for years. The life of this application is 5 years.

- Lona laminated tempered glass is processed as an evaglass film applied between two glasses when they are combined. When using the laminated glass product, in case one of the glasses bursts during an explosion or breakage, it allows the product to be used for a while longer with the other non-explosive glass. Laminated tempered glass is a high-level safety glass in terms of security.

 - When Lona ultra clear glass is viewed from a cross-section with its iron blend with a reduced iron content, the greenish color of standard flat glass completely disappears. It gives the impression that there is no glass with its high light transmittance and transparency. It also causes the glass to retain less lime and stains.
